How Is the PWAG Procedure Is Performed?

Dr. Solomon PWAG enhancement procedure is performed under topical and local anesthesia. After applying a topical anesthetic for 15-20 minutes, Dr Solomon injects Lidocaine into the base of the penis to induce complete block. Dr Solomon then make a small opening and introduce a blunt canula to introduce the dermal filler in a unique and meticulous way making sure not to damage any blood vessels. The treatment takes about 15-30 minutes and you see immediate results. The penis will be swollen for a couple of days, but the swelling will subside and in about a week everything settles. Because Dr Solomon uses a blunt cannula the chances of bruising is much less. Patients can resume their normal activity immediately after treatment.

Duration of the results depends on the products used for the treatment. Patients can expect mild to moderate temporary swelling and possible bruising after the procedure. Sexual activity can resume 48 hours after treatment in most cases.
